I really like this story so far. The only thing that threw me off was how you italicize the dialogue and put quotation marks around her thoughts. I was used to reading it the other way around, but I realize this is your writing style so don't feel the need to change it. It's an easy adjustment. :-) Either way, I really like the story idea and think it is well written. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to the next chapter!
