Very real and very honest
and well written: it flows and yet makes the reader pause

From the title and the first stanza, I didn't expect the narrator to be the one lacking love, so the line "I wish I could say the same" really hit me. I enjoyed the last two lines as well, and I'm glad they rhymed - very nice impact there. Made me feel sad too, well done!

Reading this makes me think. It also makes me concerned for the one who wrote this. It makes me feel sad.
