T. Afton A. and T. Scotty Z 1/14/13 . chapter 3Review of The Master (First three chapters): Overall it is a very interesting achievement. I feel connected to these characters; I feel they have depth, back story, feelings, just like all real human beings do. That is what elevates this story to a higher position. It touches your funny bone, and your heart at the same time. Chapter one and two felt a little rushed; maybe you could add more in between the spaces where the setting is changed. Chapter three is your best and my favorite chapter. This is because it did not feel rushed (although I wished you would have written more about the meal, but due to its length it isn’t really that important). Mr. Lee is hilarious. Skiff is your everyday guy with problems just like you and me. The Master is a great book, although I could really see it as a TV show, too. Just saying. Job well done. T. Scotty Z |
