really good, nice simple narrative, good use of punctuation to create rhythm and good exploration of mythology, nice emotive language too 8/10

Although I do like the more detailed background the story provides, I think I still like the poem better! Keep writing!

Wow! I can't pick a favourite! They're both amazing. I think if I had to choose I'd say the short story because it gives so much more detail. I love both of them though! Is the hand reaching out the one in the picture you drew? I can't stop thinking about that picture. It makes me shudder, but in a really really good way :)
