This seems pretty interesting, and pretty promising. As for the comic relief bits, Maze seems pretty serious, so have most, if not all, of the comic relief done by other characters. Just a couple things; one, I don't know if you're trying to replicate the feel of actual authentic manga, but, in America, people don't call each other "Big Brother". That's a Japanese thing. Two; don't have a character just explain the plot for us, (Tanya, pg. 8, frame 1) that's super boring and lazy. Hint at it. Maybe Tanya starts to accuse him but gets cut off with Maze's punch. Finally, your main character is... trying waaaay too hard to be the bad-ass and mysterious, and, as a result, is boring as tar. Try and change that a little. Besides that, this manga seems rather interesting.
