HAHAHAHA! I loved this! Poor Jack and Jill :( I liked the tone of the letter - very scathing at the end. If I was a council officer, I'd be trembling in my boots and would immediately spent several million pounds sorting out the hill in question. Nice job!

Literally laughed out loud, you would think they would learn, but no, Jack and Jill insist on going up the hill to fetch a pail of water.
