I don't know why this song makes feal sad, I guess it's because it's so beautiful.

This is a really good song. I would love to have something like this to sing. It's very nice.

This could be really great with a little more work. Most of it is fine, but there are some things that don't make a lot of sense to me. If the whole thing makes sense to you then maybe you should change it around a bit so that other people can understand it too. Also maybe you should be CONSISTANT with your rhythm and rhyme scheme, although this is a sin that I'm guilty of too!
