That was good man, that was good. Don't know much about the Vietnam war, but you sure as hell did a good job here. One of the few stories that actually gets you thinking. Keep it up.

Wow, cool. The name kinda threw me off though, I was expecting a humor story.

You know, that is probably the best-written piece I have ever seen you produce. You capture the feel of the times, from the military slang (Victor Charles, etc.) to the music (California Dreamin). Each of your characters develops abit of a unique personality in only a short time, and you seemed to have no problem killing off a character with the speed of the bullet that eliminated him. Your use of description has become nothing short of incredible, as I started to very easily picture everything that was happening (likely a product of seeing Apocalypse Now about twenty too many times). All in all, this was fabulous. Absolutely incredible job, dude. I didn't even have a clue you had it in you to write something like this.
