perfection is over-rated... *eyes 6 billion or so people believing in perfection* che... people never seem to notice things until it's too late... even when the proof is right there in front of them... i never quite understood how that worked..

ok... damn, that was err... different. I really would like to write you a long constructive comment, but the poem is clear and defined. It doesn't hold any hidden meanings or metaphors worth discussing. It has a powerful meaning or point to carry out, since there is so many young people out there in situations just like that or similar. I loved your last line, maybe finally it will apply to me for a change... (not literary):
"She tried too hard to be perfect and died."
