Music Chick 2002-11-20 . chapter 1As an American, I thank you for your support. Even though it's been a year since the attack it still feels like it was yesterday. I didn't lose any family, but my cousin that's in the navy came close to being shipped to sea. So, as you can see this really touched my heart. Thank you. |

DigiDreamerLiss 2002-09-09 . chapter 1Being an American, as well as having a family member directly involved with these attacks, I don't think I can thank you enough for these sincere and beautiful words. I don't think I've ever seen so much support come from so many different places at once. Canda, Europe and my own contry...it was just such a wonderful thing. I bawled like a baby the day I saw the Queens' band play the 'Star-Spangled Banner' at Buckingham Palace on the news. Hell, I was even crying while reading THIS poem! And I still am, a bit. Damn. ~Sniff~
Thank you so much for this, Melinda. They say it only takes one voice for miliions more to speak up. I'm glad that yours was one of them. :->

Foreigner 2002-08-26 . chapter 1This one was beautiful.
I think you write your best poems when you don't stick to a series or something like that. When you leave your mind freedom, you really write nice stuff! |
