poetically this is very good, even if i don't agree with the message.
little red line 2004-02-24 . chapter 1
No words can explain this but Ill try any ways. Its true. The human race is a **...theres not even a word for it but what your saying is true.Living off of hate and greed.Thinking Screw God He's not fun.And yes.Thinking that we've won.its true (again) people think well...if I said what I was going to say it'd be what you were saying so screw it just trust me its good.

Knights Templar 2003-04-26 . chapter 1
I find your poem very defeatist. What you say is not true. Not one half of the people get by on hate, and the weak aren't left to bleed. Yes humans can be very frustating, but they are also have more, very good qualities about them. Your poem is good, but you use your writing skills in such a way that it almost makes your skill meaningless. And, no, we are not insignificant, and no, if you don't think that your insignificant, or that our existance is inconsquential that you are stupid. I think that humans are a very good species as a whole, and humanity will get over it's major problems eventually. But the major issue is that humanity is special in a way that, until it is proven that their are other species out there, or that their is intelligent life life, that not we aren't insignificant. Next time, try a little optimism, or something happy. Not pessimistic, or defeatist.

angelina cole 2001-12-05 . chapter 1
I have a geography teacher who thinks a lot alike to what this poem is saying. You put very good use to poetic devices...I know reviews are kind of supposed to be suggestions (maybe?) but i honestly have nothing to suggest to improve your work. I am amazed. I just came across your work today, and I hope you will be submitting more poems, I would really like to read more. yours, ~ångie cole~
fuzzy sock 2001-12-05 . chapter 1
you keep amazing me. your poems have a strong sense of honesty and pride. they are great! but i have disagree with 'hello' that last review s/he wrote not only was critical and uncalled for but s/he procrastinated in such away that s/he made this poem and the author sound like a bad thing for speaking ones mind... i dont see you writing down honest opinions and letting people write back as they see fit...now do i? oh and one more thing, when you critize someones work, make sure you throw in a few good lines too now eh? gee whiz....people these days...
Neesh 2001-09-27 . chapter 1

Tiefling 2001-09-25 . chapter 1
I really like this, although I don't really agree with the pessimistic sentiment. I think the human beings are basically good.
Great poem, though. It rhymes well.
hello 2001-09-25 . chapter 1
hasn't anybody told you that there is no meaning to life, everything we do is inconsequential, and the world would get along just fine if we weren't here so there's no use griping about our puny existance because most of us understand our insignificance and those who don't are stupid. i for one believe in nothing more than my insignificance and the inconsequential stupidity of our species who somehow believe we're more than animals. oh yeah, and hasn't anybody told you that cynicism while beautiful in a twisted way, is unhealthy and starting to get old?
