Wow, I really really like this. You write on many levels of interpretation. I like that. I've tried to tdo it, sometimes I succeed, other times I don't. This is really close to home for me, except for me it's the phoenix and the wolf. 'leaves his moth/his shell returns/leaves her with/the lust to burn' I love that part. So lyrical, reflective of yet so different from Let Sleeping Dragons Lay. Excellent.
