I really like this poem, especially the last stanza. Rocked. -prints out and sticks on wall- mwahaha =D.

The lines that touched me the most:
"The soft beating of your heart
Lulling me to sleep is sweeter music
Than Bethoven himself could compose

I adore this poem. It is beautiful, and so simple, yet quite a haunting piece. It is as if it should be whispered, sending the reader to sweet sleep-ment in an entirely complimentary way-this poem is not in anyway boring-that is NOT what I was implying. ;)

My favourite line has got to be:

"Sucking some of the breath from my lips"

When you kiss someone, it is almost as if they are taking part of you away with them, both physically and mentally so to speak.-Or is it just me? *grin*
