cool. it's brevity makes it all the better, making the reader imagine the scenario for themself. i really liked the "they're only allowing me one call" line. bonne merde.

Good story. I like how you told the whole thing through an answering machine message. Gives the story more involvement with the reader, if that makes sense. Terrific plot, if a bit scary. Reminds me of those late-night movies, you know, thos slasher ones with lots of blood and stuff like that. Great job.
