I hate to break it to you Zorrodude, but that is how God really is. I can assure you many millions of deaths have been in his name, be it from extremist Christians, fanatical Muslims or ultra-orthodox Jews.

He discriminates over nothing and treats his followers like slaves. He's even got most of you messing yourself over the myth of 'hell' and being banished there by SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT EXIST.

This is not how God is! If you would only repent in life, God would be able to forgive you in his everlasting love. However, if you die a sinner, you will only curse God, not ask him for help and salvation!

A creepy vision of hell and the repetative 'God doesn't hear our cries' is extremely effective and emotive. Done well.
