Cryptic Eyes 2008-12-24 . chapter 1I don't really have any criticism, but I think my favourite ones were 2 and 6. |
happy thing 2004-08-05 . chapter 2You use imagery very well "black clouds of desolation" I really like that. I've only read the first two of the set so far, but I will be sure to continue. Keep writing. |
Nienna Elentari 2003-12-17 . chapter 1very expressive! a breath of fresh air! kudos! =) |
Hoshiko-Chan 2003-10-13 . chapter 9it's so sad. my tears poured out as i read. you poured your soul out on to this. Its filled with all the sadness of your heart. it is beautiful because of all your heart and soul effort. im lucky not to know what its like. but i have often thought about suicide but i remember my friends and family. |
Stormer 2003-09-26 . chapter 1Hi Mijuju. I make it a rule never to review my own stories, but I am gonna do it for this one as there is no other way I can contact you. I'll leave up the review for a while so you can see it (if you happen to check back) but eventually I'll delete it as I don't like reviewing my own stuff *lol* THanks for the review! I sincerely hope that poems like these give you strength to go on. Suicides always hurt someone. Be strong! *hugs* |
Eclipsed Soul 2003-09-26 . chapter 9great poem, the emotion is captured greatly.
I found it interesting, since I am a very depressed/suicidal person about everyday, and these are the poems that make me stop and give me the light to live on, for my family and friends. |
lronMaiden 2003-09-10 . chapter 1I love that poem...it's not typical, it's original and has great words, tone and rhythm - well done |
 Werecat99 2003-08-10 . chapter 5Yeap. I remember that feeling as well. |
Werecat99 2003-08-10 . chapter 4Loved the title, to begin with. Again, it is painfully sad, but it hits a sore spot inside, at least to those of us who have missed a loved one.
As always, great work. |
 Werecat99 2003-04-22 . chapter 3Oh, I loved that... a ray of hope in the darkness. |
Werecat99 2003-04-22 . chapter 2Now I remember what this reminds me of; the stages of grief I read in psycology.
It hurts, dosn't it? Not having said goodbye, I mean.
Anger for the one who's gone, as for the one who's left behind. Strange how the human nature works.
It was very dark and angsty but also painfully true. |
Werecat99 2003-04-22 . chapter 1That was certainly dark... But it lingers to your head. The images it creates are not easily shaken off.
PS
Thanks for the review. And yes, cats are fabulous creatures. I should know. I have six myself... |
Val Mora 2002-12-08 . chapter 1Creepy! This is one of the best poems I've read; I think strong emotions bring out the writer in most of us. I really like this, thought it's very sad that a friend of yours had to commit suicide for such a wonderful poem to be written.
Also, thanks for reading and reviewing "Sea of Thought." You did, however, comment that you didn't know the series it was based upon - that would be another of my stories, "Iron Mage," though you don't necessarily have to read it to understand what happens in SoT. In fact, it's almost the other way 'round... |
 redloserpaw 2002-04-20 . chapter 5 beautiful |
alicesun 2002-03-30 . chapter 4Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Now due to my lack of understanding poetry (I was watching tv and eating marshmallows when those skills were being handed out), I think Bluntly is the most powerful (I'm just over-using that word, aren't I? It just reinforces my poetry appreciation suckiness) part of Grief Sequence.
I hope you're better now. I'm sure you are, but always remember: Sunshine, Lolly pops and...
(Actually I can't remember the final part to those lyrics. But I excell in doing the mumbling/humming part when you don't know the song.) So Sunshine, Lolly pops and... do do dodododo... ~does a dance~
Geez. I know I'm going to look back on this and cringe. So my sadistic side will now submit it for public humiliation. Yay for me. Toodles |
