Amalin 4/21/02 . chapter 1Sometimes the word is "Wow" and that's the only thing that fits. This poem was beautiful. The end seems vaguely strung together when it should be separated, perhaps, but that's just my first-reading opinion. Second read might provide newer insight. "Prowling cat of a nightmare" and "ricocheting sound of degredation," the entire poem is amazing, but these stick out as especially so. A lot of life is oxymoronic, and this (I feel) captures part of such. |
Newkirk's Heroes 4/5/02 . chapter 1Wow! This is really cool...I like the way you illustrate how much you can love something, no matter how repugnant it may seem. That is such a great concept! Keep up the good work! You're such a talented poet :) |
Tsukino Ashiko 4/5/02 . chapter 1Whoa...very cool. You described the city life perfectly |
Anukis 4/5/02 . chapter 1Wonderful...this is great imagery! |
