Anyway. I like the chapter. I'm not so sure about anwar. I's have a not so great feeling about him. I like that Rayal and Dakar (right) have seen each other. I just HOPE you OUTDATE more often than every three months!!!!!!!!!
And where is the other story? Hmmmm?

Anywho. Go and read "Reviving a Soul" (It's the story with the Sorcerers (Caramis and such) and Evil, and all the other stuff. Its new and interesting. (really)

Interesting--but I want to find out why Rayal no longer trusts Rumen, why he's now devoted to Anwar, and why this council meeting is so critical. Is this really where you want to start the story? I can see this becoming a novel, if you develop the political and personal relationships gradually, but as it is, I think things are a little bit too vague. But perhaps you'll provide the answers in the next chapter(s)?
Or perhaps you could write a prequel to this?
