yea- "fist to face" really is a nice phrase
ahh, bitterness, one of my fav. emotions, for from it comes sarcasm and all sorts of sharp, witty comebacks and phrases ^_^ nice poem, tis it jus ur speech that has the repeating the word 'baby', like u'd actually call a person that? dunno...wonderin if that's more or less somethin added to the poem...also, at the end of one stanza "leaving me with nothing to hold" it sorta hints that the speaker still misses her lover, distrustful and doubting not only of the other, but of herself? .....*shrugs*

I hate it when I find a reviewless story of one of my fav authors, so I'll leave one to make sure you know your still loved! ^-^ Anyway, I think you've got a lot of talent as both a writer and a poet - Ilove reading it all! Keep it up!
