This is really cool and twisted... I don't mean that in a bad way but the way it reads is kind of well, for lack of a better word, twisted... sorry that is just the word that comes to mind when I read this... its great though... I love some of the imagery in this piece and my favorite lines were:

The precocious

Mockingbirds bend

Cattails without a swamp

Without rain and cold.
