Oh...I really liked this one. That is so sad. I absolutely love dogs and it would kill me if I had to do that, or even to watch that.

You wanted tears? Yeah, that definitely made me cry! So sad! I've wondered for years, watching all those "Animal Cops" and other tv shows, how people could be so cruel to their pets. Anyway, this poem is just really sad and really beautiful! You know, you could write a book or something about all the animals you see in the shelter. I'd buy it! Hey, it might even wake some people up to the problems that our animals face! Anywho, just an idea. Great writing, and definitely keep it up!

Im a dog lover and your right it did have me in tears. My dog is old and unhealthy because of old age, And your poem reminded me of my own dog. It is very very sad. Well written. I hope you got and A on it which Im sure you did.

I'm Micheal, and believe me I have been fighting the stereotypical jock bull*** since I hit Jr.high. I'm seventeen now. and I can't say as though I haven't broken any hearts, but I don't like that... This was so sad. And i love animals (especially dogs) ggggrrrrrrrr **Gypsy grows her claws and faings maiming the guy who left the dog...** gggrrr....one thing i can not stand is animal cruelty. I mean it REALLY gets to me. this was a good poem though. great work.
