Mostly, I get the impression this was just a random slash fic written impulsively for fun. But there are some good lines in here.

"You need to laugh more." Citing that as the reason for tickling someone is kind of sweet and endearing. The two can be cute together, but I would've liked to see more of Damien trying to surpass Vic's cynicism.
