I understand completely. A stupendous job of bringing comprehension to the depths of depression. I loved the lines:

Because it explained perfectly what a person is going through. So much emotional pain here. Brava.

can so relate to this, especially the control bit (which is why i'm adding it to my favourites b/c most self harm stuff seems to only focus on the hate aspect, but this was more 'rounded')

Break up the lines a little, maybe. That way it's easier to check the rhythm, which feels like it should be even but isn't quite.
