I don’t consider myself an expert of Japanese history, but I have read many involving the culture, and I distinctly like this. Your writing is immaculate in this fic. It flows naturally, and it’s not even remotely rough around the edges; it’s very smooth, like pouring water over a non-resistant surface.

The story struck me as high-quality, published-quality even. I could easily see you becoming a published author. Yushiro was a likable character, perhaps a bit of the antihero, but someone to be sympathized over, only sixteen and an assassin. A very solitary and secretive assassin, at that. He was refreshingly different, not excessively cold and intolerant, unlike most characters. He reminded me of Seyonne [Transformation, Carol Berg].

I cannot emphasize enough about how _good_ this story is. I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon it.

very interesting story, i guessed the ending, at least that jiro was bad, i didn't know that the girl was. very nice, the trust comment, how true how true. there ws some word repitition, but that was all i noticed. i'm not much help editing grammar, as you probably coulda guessed ;) anyways, keep writing(not about him, that would be wqeird if he came back to life; kinda like the clue books where mr. peabody dies at the beginning of every book and then comes back to life by the next one. anyways, cheers :D

Oh my god...The ending was saddening, and moving. I didn't expect it. Like the soap-opera of my life, with more twists in it than a bad roller-coaster. Anyway; a greatly written story, though in first person. Sugoi, I aplaud you!
