The Other Side Of You

Not many have seen it,

Only a few.

So, show yourself so we can see

The other side of you.

One is angry,

Mouth drawn to a snare.

Eyes full of fire,

Without a care.

Yet another is soft,

So tender and mild.

Like kindness from

That of a child.

Like day and night

He looks at me.

Both sides of him,

I now see.

His gentle presence

Fills my heart.

Yet another,

Tears it apart.

The Prince Of Darkness

Seems this way.

A life by night,

A life by day.

He takes us in

And it feel so great.

But it all ends

With our lives at stake.

We fight him off

Day by day.

The Lord beside us,

Will always stay.

The end is near,

The Lord has won.

Now we start anew,

Under moon and sun.

So I tell you,

Both sides of you.

End this life,

And start anew.

To gain innocence,

Or all your mercy lose.

Which life will you take?

Only you can choose.
