A paint streak in the sky

Above the blue horizon

We watch and wonder why

All these things must have a reason

A red blade shines against black

Against that is white and green

A battle never won though it continues through the night

Battles with unearthly sheen

Fire and smoke rise around

Natural elements with no mercy

Then they copy, burning to the ground

All who would oppose them

The green blade dulls,

Losing hope, as its user has

The red blade smiles, growing scarlet

It is alone among the mass

But black blade and white

Still battle onward

Neither will lose the fight

There will be no winner.

The green sheen returns, overpowering

Power of the Earth

The red blade of lava quivers slightly

It has lost all feelings of mirth.

A battle with no end,

A fight that never dies

A warrior's fight that is never done

Though hiding under friendly guise
