Roars of sirens and demons

A message from hell

Or that picking up of that beautiful shell

Sent chills up and down my spine

Calm

Quiet

Dazzling rays of sun touch your gentle body

Filling you with the prominence of the day

Exciting

Exonerated

You understand the meaning of life

Why cant we all

Just know when to stand up for that fall

Of

Suffering

Pain

Leave it alone and it will come again

Just be aware

And be ready
