Author's Note - It's really, really short. I found it on my computer the other day, and since I really haven't finished any stories or stuff lately; I decided to finish this and post it. Sorry to you people who want a plot. I'm telling you now, there is no plot whatsoever. So...don't flame me for that. Have fun reading this.

Inner Thoughts

I thought I had a meaning
A meaning not foreseen
But then I think about my life
And wonder...can it be?

I haven't been to hell and back
As some of you there have
But yet it still surrounds me
In its own malicious way

I sit and wonder all the time
Am I truly made to live?
The time I almost died before
An angel came and saved

Christian now and not yet then
It doesn't seem to differ
Christian be or Christian not
They treat you all the same

Though we may be able to say
'Dude, you're going down'
Going to church doesn't prove we're not
It's not there without your heart

So many out there claim to be
Maybe third or quarter true
The rest of them are for the wolves
Because the end draws nearer

Everyday I wonder
Am I truly who I seem?
Or is it all a hoax or farce
A simple act I play?

Am I the Heero Yuy
Who simply slaves away?
Or am I a mask of emotionless flesh
With no other words to say?

I contemplate a suicide
But then I stop and think
Do I really want to die this way
Or is there more to me?
