A/N: Another old poem written by me. I was bored in science class when
we were studying weather. I remember learning about rainbows, that they
were caused by sunlight hitting raindrops, that acted like prisms... Uhh,
sorry about that. Anyway, I was always more interested in the mythological
and mystical symbolical reference of rainbows. I got bored and wrote this.
It may seem like a rhyming at first, but it is not meant to stay that way.
R&R.
Over the rainbow
Where dreams lie,
Where dreams and nightmares
Never die.
No one dares to enter
This sacred place,
Where you can not
Be sure of what you face.
In here you can not
Be sure of the pain
Or of the happiness
That falls like the rain.
People think that this place is
The one that is perfect,
But anything,
And everything, can happen.
Your greatest desire
Could come true,
Or your greatest fear
Could come to life.
The land of dreams
Could easily become
The Land of Nightmares,
Where anything bad could happen.
The Land of Dreams however
Stays alive due
To the belief people
Keep in it.
People normally can not
Visit this place,
But those who have
The greatest belief in their OWN dreams,
Will someday come here,
And someday keep it the peaceful place it is,
And make sure it
Never returns to its other form.
