Diamond

This poem I wrote in the shape of what it is talking about: a diamond. I thought it was pretty cool.

Diamond

We
Say it's just
A Rock, but it is
So much more then a
Rock to some, it means
Weddings, and to others it
Rings out money. Still others
Think of their good fortune nigh,
When they come across a diamond in
Their home of blackness. But, carbon is
All it ever shall be, nothing to want
To kill over. Just another pretty
Stone in the earth. Just a
Another jewel in the
Crown. Just more
Worthless
Stuff.
