The next few months were complete heaven for Alicia. Ben was an absolute gentleman as well as a lover and best friend, and she LOVED it! He wined and dined her regularly, gave her cuddles and hugs as much as he could. Life was good. Oh so good!

Thursday. 6pm. Rotherhithe Tube Station. Alicia remembered it clearly, she would do so forever. She had started the journey back from work at the usual time, same route, stopping at the corner shop for a loaf of bread and The Independent. She got on the tube, packed as ever, vacating the train at Rotherhithe, the stop closest to hers and Ben's apartment. The nearby clock struck 6 as she stumbled clumsily into the road, dropping all her papers and precious laptop into the road. A friendly hand appeared, helping her collect the pile together. As she stood up, she glimpsed a look at his face. "Alicia!" the face cried.

"You!"

"Hey, that's no way to treat a friend."his smug grin chilled her to the bone.

"Don't touch me!" she shook as he lifted a finger to her cheek. She was absolutely petrified.
