Sunshine

Will this life end in nothing but despair
Sadness and anguish will haunt me
As my soul battles to escape this prison
Suffocated by the misery lingering inside

Has true love threatened the dark clouds
And I have been blind to the sunshine
That could save my angered soul from it
From the barrier between heaven and hell
