I sit around like I've noting to do
Too many channels on TV; I can't choose
Check my pockets for a couple bucks -I've got a few

I prolly shouldn't rent one -this I know
Caught up in the moment I decide to go
Dragged away in the undertow

I think I'm becoming a blockbuster junkie
It's all I can do not to rent every movie
Start to stay the weekend there
All my money I have spent there
She took me
She hooked me
Addicted
I can't seem to leave
I'm a blockbuster junkie

Walk in the store -we're sucked in by it's power
Pick out our movies, it takes over an hour
Stack them all up on the front desk in a tower

Everything's gone according to plan
She starts to smile -she's his #1 fan
Our checkout guy is the one they all call Superman

I think I'm becoming a blockbuster junkie
It's all I can do not to rent every movie
Start to stay the weekend there
All my money I have spent there
She took me
She hooked me
Addicted
I can't seem to leave
I'm a blockbuster junkie

She took me
She hooked me
Addicted
I can't seem to leave
I'm a blockbuster junkie
