***DISCLAIMER*** ~~I did write this story . I also wrote it 3 o'clock in the morning so i'm sorry if it is not detailed *THAT* much . This story is based on my boyfriend's dream he once had about us . So keep that in mind . Please tell me what you think of it .~~

The World of Vampires

Welcome . Welcome to a dark world where blood is the source of life and death warms the heart ...where rampage and chaos is peacefull ..where death is a new begining . Welcome to the life of a vampire . It wasn't always like this until one time long ago .

It was mid 1800's . People were very peaceful and courteous . These times ,to the oblivious , were very enchanting . Everyone seemed happy and for fun they would dress up as in their rich suits and beautiful gowns and attend balls and dinner parties to talk about their success and their families . The day was a great time for them .

There once was a young maiden living in the victorian mansion owned by an older fellow that goes by the name of Mr. Devon . He was about the age of 54. He was tall and always wore the finest suits from Paris , France and London . His thick grey eyebrows curved over his dull grey eyes in an evil manner . His laugh could make the happiest lady turn cold . The young maiden would always hide from him , after all , he was only her father .

She always dreamed of magic , unicorns , and believed in love so much that her mind would constantly fall into a pit of thoughts on how it would be to marry . Her father , however , hated the thought . He would often punish her by locking her in the attic without food . She had no friends .

One night , as she was falling asleep on the floor of the attic in her father's mansion , the only attic window flew open as if it the greatest winds rushed at that one specific window . She opened her green pearl eyes and brushed a piece of her silky red hair from her round face and she had spotten a man looking down at her by the window . She quickly rised from the floor and backed away from the man . "Don't be afraid" the man said with a kind of kindness in his voice "I only want to help you " . She looked at him with much confusion and tilted her head . "w-what do you mean ? " she said in a timid voice . "I have been watching you grow m-lady , I see the things you dream of , I feel the pain you feel , I know about your fathers hate of magic and love . I know you feel unimportant and neglected . I can help you become the princess you always wanted to be " he explained . She straightened her dress and dusted her self off as she asked "Who are you ? How do you know all of this ..a-and how can you help me ?" He chuckled and came closer to the maiden creaking the old attic floor as he walks . "I am from a different world , a world where you can be worshipped and treated with the respect you deserve , a world where magic does exist ." He came closer to the lady and placed his pale comforting hands on her shoulders . She looked up to his dark eyes with pure innocence "Please ..show me this world you speak of " he smiled and said quietly "Just close your eyes m-lady and I will take you there " She then closed her big wondering eyes and took a deep breath . He smiled evilly and tilted her head to the side , opened his mouth as his fangs shined in the moonlight and bit the fair neck of the maiden to drink the life and to welcome her to a new life . As he drank she squirmed in his big arms . Soon the man stopped and she fell to the ground , not drained completely and bit his wrist and fed her the very blood that runs through his body . Soon her pulse stopped and she sprawled acrossed the old attic floor and the mysterious man soon wafted out the window as the strong wind he came in as .

The morning sun hit the window and the victorian mansion soon filled with light . Mr. Devon quickly arised from his satan sheets and called to one of the maids to check on his daughter . The maid quickly agreed and rushed off to the attic . She scattered through her keys on the key ring she was given and opened the attic door to see the owner's daughter lay there pale and dead .

After the owner her the news her ordered her body to buried far from the house and never to be told to anyone that she had died from what he believed to be the cause of his careless manners . He figured that no one really knew he had a daughter since she would always be hidden . Her mother had died of cancer a while back and having a child against the mans will while on her death bed made him want to hide her more .

The night after she was buried , she had risen from the cold hard ground to see the man who made her like she is . "Where am I? What happened?" she asked the man . He looked at her up and down and said "I made you into one of the greatest creatures you'll ever know . Welcome to the world of vampires" He then took her hand and spun her in a dance routine he had once seen and transported into the very same victorian mansion she had once lived. "You are a creature of the night , full of grace and beauty .Your heart is filled with darkness and now everyone will be at your feet but first you must claim what is rightfully yours." he explained . "...this mansion" She gleemed at him and she felt something she never felt before. Her blood was pumping with the darkness and she felt the power come over her . "Yes .. I can feel my strength and my power ... but take to this mansion ? What would that prove ?" "well .." He said while scratching his pointed chin "This victorian mansion is the top of the country , your father is the richest man of the land , you get to him and the house will be yours , people will be at your feet in no time princess" Her eyes widened and she understood what she must do . The man nodded to her then lifted away like the wind once again . First the lady went to her deceased mothers with curious eyes . When she was a child she was always forbidden in her mothers room . She opened the tall dark door , turning the golden doorknob ,opening a gateway to her mothers life . She expected to see furs and satin and gold everywhere , instead she seen a dusty dark room with oval windows and a small cabinet near a big red and gold chest with carved in designes only artists could dream of . She slowly opened the chest to see beautiful red and black cloth . She picked it up with suddle hands and unfolded it to see a beautiful dress queens would die for across the country . Quickly she put it on . She spun around and started to truely feel like a princess. She wrapped her hair up in a bun . She started to feel the thirst for blood and remembered her mission . Slowly and quietly she crept to her fathers king-like bedroom and pushed the broad door open to see her father quietly sleeping away. She neared him feeling the pain and hatred in her heart . "Instead of killing you ..." she said to herself as she placed her little hand on his shoulder shaked him sternly . He mumbled something and opened his dull grey eyes to see his dead daughter in his wife's gown. Quickly he sat uprght and gasped for air . "You can't get rid of me that easily SIR!" she said intellegently as she smirked . Her father , in complete shock , grasped his chest and tried desperately to breathe . Soon he fell back into bed stone cold . He just had a heart attack . Hearing something in the owners room , the maid who had buried the girl came in the room quickly to see what the hustle was all about . She seen her master laying in his bed and as she neared him she heard "Looks like I found my first meal for the new queen " and she froze in her tracks . The maiden snapped the maids neck to one side and bit down upon her tilted neck and drained her of the life she once had .
...this was a great begining for the new vampire queen .

Years passed by and the maiden soon took over her fathers estate while running a dark underworld . She had vampire maids and the man that turned her into the beautiful dark creature she had become watched over her like a father . Soon the vampire world grew and panic grew over the land . No one could figure out what this myserious illness was . SHe had everyone where she wanted them . She was truely a born ruler of her land and of her world . Soon she expanded the vampire world in hopes that her plan of apocalypse would be successful.

One quiet afternoon a new carrage came into town . Gossip came over the townspeople quickly and soon the queen of the underworld found out about it . She wanted to see who the new family who was going to be living in a cottage near her fathers estate . She decided to wait until night fall to approach them . Before then she had work to do . Killing and bringing life from death to her land , sceeming those of their riches and their land , and bringing havac .

As the sun started to fall , the vampiress watched over the cottage and saw a man , about her age , walking along the creek . A couple of young poor children in brown old rags neared him , begging for some food . The man took them into his garden and gave them stocks of corn and tomatos to the small children . Their bright eyes filled with happiness and tears of joy and ran off to the village .

That hit the heart of the queen . "Nooo noo , this happiness must not get to me ..soon he will be like me , only wanted death and havoc " she said to herself in disbelief . She decided to wait to kill him and his family . Soon , her father-like watcher came to her as she stood over her balcony as the night falls and said "Well hello my lady of darkness , I must say your damage has been amazed and worshipped by the vampires in our world . You are an astonishing queen m-lady ." She turned to him "Yes , yes .. have you encountered the new blood in the cottge over .." she lifted her delicate arm and extended her finger , pointing to the kind man's cottage. "..yonder?" the vampire man scratched his dark head and said worriedly "I know what hes about .. you must kill him quickly or he will ruin this community of darkness .. " she looked at him with a confused look in her pearly green eyes "Don't speak of such nonsense , how can he be a threat to my honor? Hes just a mere man .." she explained . "I have forseen it .. he will get to you in a way you never thought possible ..please do be careful" he said concernedly . She turned and nodded at him and he vanished .

The next morning the queen arised and looked upon the very same cottage her sire had said to be careful of . She , once again , seen the man walk along the creek as the wind pushes his golden hair . She felt this strange feeling in the pit of her heart and felt as she needed to see the man at once . As soon as she turned her sire was there. "Well good marrow princess" he said happily "Our plan for apocalypse is coming along well " He said boastingly . "Indeed it is , Do you have the set date?" she asked . "In one week madam" he said . She noddled enlighteningly . He soon fled the room with glee . She turned her royal head and noticed the man was gone . Knock, knock! She looked at the door "What is it?" she asked in an annoyed manner . "There is a man here to see you my queen of darkness." the maid said . "bring him in" she stated . Slowly the door opened and the kind man from the cottage meekly entered her bedroom . He bowed and kissed her hand and said "I notice you watch me from your balcony.." She nodded "Yes , I like to keep watch of all the people in my land" "Ah and I hear that the people fear you deeply but I look at you and see nothing but beauty and kindness in your eyes" he stated happily . "You are not afraid of me? I am anything but kind sir" she tried to be tough . "I see you as a beautiful maiden with a secret .." he slowly eased into her heart ."Secret ? hmm perhaps" she walked toward her bed and sat down . "Can you not tell me what this secret is ? I am but a homely honest man with a heart waiting to be filled madam .. you can trust me " He said sternly . The lady risen from her bed and walked near him staring him down as she walked . "You must leave , if you want me to fill your heart that is so needy , you must be insane kind sir , I am but a demon , leave this place at once !" The man neared her and took hold of her hands "Demon ? never , I see your kindness and your heart . One day you will come to me" and with that said he kissed her softly and wisked away to his cottage . She was left there constantly thinking of that man .

A few days later of planning and scheming for apocalypse , the queen pushed that man from her mind . Then her sire returned stating that some of the townspeople must be on to their evil plans and that they must go through the apocalypse that night . She tried to find excuses to postpone it but it was no use . sire left her with her mission of killing the kind man in the cottage and sending her minions to take over the whole land .

She put on the very same dress her mother had that she wore when she had her first kill and wisked away to see the kind man . As she approtched his cottage door she felt sadness in the pit of her stomach . She knocked on the door with still hands . The man opened it and invited her into his humble home . "Come to fill my heart madam?" he asked . "I had something else in mind.." she said sadly . "you look worried , whats wrong love?" .. She looked at him toughly and said "You know that secret you detected?" he interrupted by saying "Wait ...before you say anything . I want to tell you , I love you , whatever secret you have I will always love you ." ..she looked down and said " You can't love a demon ." he looked confused "what?" .."thats right .. I am queen of vampires ...I am sending my vampires out to kill this whole land " he looked shocked and sad " What? Is this a joke?" she walked up to him , growled and showed her fangs to her love . " I am giving you a warning .. you must leave ..leave this place now or you will die .." she said with tears in her eyes . He held onto her hands and lifted her chin up to his lips and kisses you deeply. "I love you" he said .

Soon she had forgotten all the darkness in her heart and her heart filled with the kind mans love. The night fell as the queen and the man lay in bed together . She rised and looked upon him . He was asleep and looked peaceful. She kissed him on the cheek , got dressed and knew what she had to do . She ran swiftly to her mansion to tell her sire the news of her newly found love . When she got there the sire gloated about how he set lose the hungry vampires . She looked at him with terrible fear in her eyes and left abruptly to save the man she loved . She ran through burning forests and chaos and death looking for her love . She seen his house burning and ran inside to save him . Luckly he was still alive . She grabbed him and ran as fast as she could to transport boats near the sea . there were a large crowd of people running and beating eachother to get out of the apocalypse and out of the land her father once owned . The captain of the boat said only one more could fit on the boat and she knew in her heart that he had to be the one that lived . He looked at her coughing and said "Please ..go on the boat , you should start a new life ."she looked deep into his eyes and said "you have to go , you gave me a new life and happiness , you showed me a life with true magic and love I always dreamed about , I had my life and what a beautiful life it was ... you have to go on that boat .. I did this damage and I must finish it " With that said she pushed his weak body onto the boat and stepped away . she yelled " I love you , I will always love you" and he screamed "nooooooooo" as the boat sailed away . The queen knew what she had to do . She took a piece of burning wood from a nearby shack , said to herself "With this I will undo what I did and peace will be brought once again " with shakey brittle hands she pierced through her heart with the wood an died for good once again . The minute she passed on all the vampires she had created dissapeared and rain poured from the heavens aboved to extinguish the flames . Her sire dissapeared as well .

Many years later the kind man came back to the land . He built a house of what new trees and old grew and started a life there knowing of the world of vampires and his heart was still filled with the young maiden's love he knew so long ago .
