A rainy day

I was feeling blue
I walk and walk
Like there's no tomorrow

I look up
I watch the sky

It was dark
Dark clouds
Forming figures and faces
That I recognise

I look down
I can't bear to see the sky

The sky suddenly screams
Maybe it was screaming at me
Maybe I made it angry

Have I done anything wrong?
What have I done?

I felt something moist
Fall on me

Pearls from the sky
Drop onto the earth
Onto me

I'm soak
But I feel light
I feel like I was cleanse

All my sins
And burdens
Are gone

I feel like a new person
Thank you
For cleansing me
From those sins and burdens

I feel
Alive, again
