A poem I thought up while I was thinking of something I read that said "When trying not to cry, don't look down." and also from past experiences.

Stop the Flow

The biggest show of weakness
is crying.

When you cry
it means that you have problems
that you have emotions
and you need to let them loose.

Crying is the worst show of weakness.
Only children cry.

There are other ways of letting those emotions out
with out it resulting in salty tears.

When your trying not to cry
don't look down.

When your trying not to cry
let the blood flow free.

When your trying not to cry
don't reflect on happy memories
on sad memories.

Don't reflect on what could have been
don't ask questions that start with
"What if...
"Why would..
"How did..."

Don't ask questions that end with
"Please.
"Help me.
"I don't know what to do."

Don't ask questions you don't know the answers to
Don't ask questions of personal matter.

Just don't ask questions
don't reflect
don't look down
don't look back.
don't cry...

And whatever you do
don't show weakness.
