Through Clouds Dark And Grey
By Melinda Cadarette
Through clouds dark and grey
We have to carry on
Through clouds dark and grey
We have to take our load
Through clouds dark and grey
We need a helping hand
Through clouds dark and grey
We need a guiding path
Through clouds dark and grey
We need to learn a skill
Through clouds dark and grey
We need to learn to live
Through clouds dark and grey
We can accomplish our goals
Through clouds dark and grey
We can make our life worthwhile
This has to be the oldest poem I uploaded- it is probably over three years old. I hope you enjoy it. It was written during a time when I felt my future was uncertain, not black (hopeless) or white (bright). I can safely say that my future is whiter now that I am planning my education though I have to make sacrifices, like leaving my family and my beloved hometown to do so. You can e-mail me at or at or simply leave something in my review box. But just don’t forget to review!
