Ok peoples, this is the continuation from Teen Detectives in: Mystery School. It's rather short, because it kind of like a 'see what they think' chapter. So enjoy and review! Please..

It wasn't a dark and stormy night. In fact, it was a bright and cheerful Saturday morning, and I was looking forward to sleeping in until the crack of noon. But unfortunately, it was not to be.

"Fiona? Fiona! FIONA! Wake up!" I cracked my eyelids open and brushed a strand of hair out of my blue-green eyes. Standing beside me was my little brother Tforcym, or Ty as he preferred to be called. He was still wearing one of dad's old tee-shirts that served him for a nightshirt, his brown hair all tousled on his head. "This better be good,"' I thought groggily.

"The phone is for you, you lucky person!" Tforcym said cheerfully, handing the phone out to me. There is nothing that makes me more aggravated than a person that can be mirthful at eight o'clock in the morning.

I reached up and grabbed the phone from him. He scampered off, the oversized tee-shirt swirling around his legs. I decided to wake up fully now. I couldn't imagine how I managed to stay asleep with the birds making such a racket outside my window anyway.

"What?" I croaked into the receiver, brushing my light brown hair away from my ear, in order to hear better.

"Fiona! What are you still doing in bed?"

"Lynn?" I recognized my brunette friend's voice in an instant. "Well, you know, some of us normal people sleep in on weekends and...."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Lynn interrupted. "Listen, you have got to see the newspaper cover today! Jeeze, I don't think I've ever been so surprised in my life ! Seriously, I spit some of my frappecino all over the newspaper. Mom wasn't happy in the least, but you know my mom, she'll be over it in about..."

"Lynn, quit prattling and tell me what's on the front page or...." I left my threat unfinished. The only way I knew how to get anything out of Lynn in this state was to threaten her.

"Sorry Fiona, but you'll have to see it for yourself. I can't tell you now because I've got to go a clean up my room or mom will go bonkers. See ya!" She hung up.

I held the receiver away from my ear and scowled at it. Lynn had just waken me up at eight o'clock in the morning to tell me to look at the front page of the newspaper, and not even tell me what the article was about. I shook my head. Lynn works in mysterious ways.

I groaned and swung my legs to the floor. "Lynn wouldn't tell me to read the newspaper if she thought I wouldn't be interested," I reasoned with myself.

I dragged myself out to the living room, adjusting my blue nightie around my slender frame, and sat down.

"Good morning sunshine!" Mom said merrily. She kissed me on the head as I wearily put my forehead down on my arms. "Do you want some orange juice?"

"No thanks mom," I said as I reached for the paper. "I'm about to read the front page of the newspaper. I might spit some on it." I yawned. "Better not risk it."

Snickering at the puzzled look that mom gave me, I started to read the headline. In an instant, I knew why Lynn was so shocked, and I also knew why she would think I would be so interested. The headline read:

THE MUSEUM OF EMMAVILL ROBBED The Museum of Arts was robbed late last night. The Police Chief of Emmavill quotes: "We can't tell you what was stolen. That's classified information. We can only tell you that the robbery took place at about twelve o'clock Saturday night. We have our detective crew on hand and so far, but we have come up with no evidence leading us to the person who robbed the Museum."

We can now exclusively reveal that the object that was taken was worth about twenty-five hundred dollars.

The police and the F.B.I are doing all they can to catch the thief, but are so far unsuccessful. If you have any information concerning the robbery at the museum, please call the Emmavill Police.

"Oh my," I whispered to myself. "I can definitely see why Lynn was so exited. She probably thinks that we are going to try and solve this case. Well she's right." I headed towards the phone and started dialing.

"Ok, are we all here?" I asked five minutes later.

"Yep," three voices replied.

I gazed around at my three friends. We were sitting in a circle on my bedroom floor. On my right side was Lynn, my right hand assistant. Her big eyes were sparkling with excitement, as always when we start a new case.

On my left side was Sam. His saffron hair glowed in the sun from my open window and his blue eyes were fixed on me, waiting for me to start.

Sitting next to Sam was Tatiana or Tati, as we like to sometimes call her. The wind whipped her dark hair around her face, and she pushed it impatiently out of her green eyes as she said:

"Wait, we're missing Michelle."

"Oh, I forgot to tell you didn't I? She wasn't that interested in a case that wouldn't guarantee meeting guys," Lynn said, rolling her eyes.

"So what did you call us over for?" Sam asked. "Not that I don't mind being hauled out of bed at eleven I the morning, but I would still like an explanation please."

"Well, as you all already know, the Museum of Arts was robbed," I started. Everyone nodded. "You all have seen the newspaper article in the paper I presume." Everyone nodded again. "Now I have been reading in between the lines of Police Chief David's quote," I said waving the paper in the air. Lynn rolled her eyes. She hates it when I get businesslike. "He says the thing that what was stolen is 'classified information', but he'll tell us what is missing, as we are to be trusted. It also says that he has got his detective force working on it...."

"Yeah, I saw that!" Tatiana interjected. "I was really mad that he didn't decide to use us as his detectives like he usually does!"

"Well Tati," I said. "He still wants us to work on the case. He just wants us to work as...spies." Everyone jumped.

"Are you sure?!" Lynn asked. "I mean, whenever we are spies, the case is always too dangerous for regular detectives. Are you sure he wants us to be spies?"

"Yes, I do," I replied. "That is the only thing that I can think of that he would want us to investigate under."

"But are you sure he wants us to investigate at all?" Sam asked. I nodded.

"Chief David and I made sort of a...secret code. If he's interviewed and he says 'we have come up with no evidence leading us to the person who robbed...whatever, or something like that, it's my sign that he wants us on the case, weather the statement is true or not."

"Now," I continued. "It says that the thing that was stolen was about fifteen hundred dollars. But then it says that it has the F.B.I on the case. That's pretty drastic just for a thing that is only worth twenty- five hundred dollars. They rarely even send in the F.B.I in on kidnappings."

"Maybe the object is worth a lot more," Sam replied.

"Exactly what I was thinking Sam!" I said exuberantly, slapping him on the shoulder. He scowled and rubbed his arm. I smiled and continued.

"What I think we should do is go down to the police department and get the hard, cold, facts."

Okdoke, how d'ya like it? I will add another chapter if you want me to!
