As my eyes begin to water
The room becomes blurry, as the tears fill up my eyes
Then a wet droplet makes its way down my dry cheek
And a droplet soon turns into a river
I try not to hold it back
Because I know they will never end
Maybe if I wish hard enough
The body of sadness will consume me
Drowning me in my own pool of teardrops
Until eventually the pain ceases to exist.
