My sister just basically stood there in awe at the body that was before her. A dead body. Well what’s my life just grand. I had seen two dead bodies in a day. *yippie* I rolled my eyes at the look upon her face.

“C’mon Amara help me carry his body outside.” I whispered at her as though someone would hear me.

She lifted her head up at me, “What are you going to put him?”

For about the 5th time that day, I rolled my eyes at her stupid question, “I’m going to toss him over the cliff like I did with mom’s bo-” I quickly stopped myself but Amara had caught me.

“You threw mom’s body off the cliff!?!”, she screamed at me. There was no use of hiding it.

“Yes Amara. I did.”, I answered. Simple as that. She gapped at me for a couple minutes until I snapped her out of it.

“Hello Amara? Help me out here!” I didn’t think she would help me out, but *surprise, surprise* she did. We carried his body outside and threw him over the cliff. Not a big deal. No prayers were said. None were needed. Thank the Lord.

I didn’t think anyone would have found the two dead bodies laying on the bottom of the mountain. I didn’t even think people *knew* we lived up here. But they sure as hell noticed. I had heard the commotion. The next mourning when I was out looking for some mushrooms to cook for dinner.

I heard many screams and sirens go off. I looked down being careful not to fall and saw that they had indeed found the body.

I was in deep shit.

I ran back home dumping the mushrooms on the ground not caring just wanting to get home.

Hoping no one had reached our small home yet.

Or got to my sister first.
