The World of Many.

By Katherine.

Coldness creeping like a sodden gaze,

Drenched with anguish and pessimism,

Rolls down my spine like electricity,

Frozen, almost certainly deathly.

Who cares for the world that is passing,

Day’s are setting our hopes are sinking,

Fear races through my veins like blood,

An icy rush of hatred and helplessness.

But when the setting sun goes down,

Will we sit and wonder as the colours mix,

What we’ve done and what we’ve lost,

All the things we should have done.

Things never to be corrected as fear sets in,

Biting as a frost of freezing memories,

We will leave no message worth remembrance,

Would we lie? What if we died today?
