Faint lights of yellow through the shop windows
Once my hand clung to another
As I walked these same streets
Pressing my fingers through the glass
A strange white reflection of you, beside me
Carriage wheels passing, mind reeling
It passed slowly-- a floating coffin
Carrying my thoughts as it passed
A pale figure of you inside, smiling at me
A cold presence kissing my lips.
