Last Moments

Bottle of wine,

and my mind,

Thinking of when you were mine,

Told you I would never find,

anyone, so lovely as you.

After a thousand years of rain

you came, like a clear sky, so blue,

I try to find another, but, hard as I strain

None are as fine,

as good as when.

you were mine,

can you blame me for wanting it again?

My vision blurs;

the poisons effects

but more occurs.

My mind races, regrets,

see my shame,

my mistake,

watch as I take the blame,

Watch as give what I take.

I slip into the crevasse

dark grows the world,

goodbye consciousness

now my plan is unveiled
