Daniel looked across the crowded ballroom and felt a sinking in his stomach, it wasn’t that he had spotted someone he disliked rather that he had spotted someone he liked rather too much, languishing in a chair, red skirts spread out about her Catharine Delton held his gaze with a demure smile and raised an eyebrow.

Inhaling deeply Daniel crossed the floor to the side of the room, he bowed.

“I was wondering if you would accompany me for this evening?”

Catharine leaned sideways and looked past him out at the dancer in there gaily bright clothing twirling about.

“It looks frightfully boring” she said, then placed a hand over her mouth to stifle a fake yawn, Daniel sighed and held out his hand to her.

“Even if it was not for dancing?”

She took his hand and allowed him to pull her up from her seat, she then gave him a hard look “and what else is there my lord?”

Now she was just playing Daniel knew, Catharine was no innocent maiden come for her first dance though only 19 and the daughter of an Earl Catharine had seen what was inside many a man’s trousers thanks to her persuasive charms.

She was whispered about at all social gatherings, known for being as brazen as a harlot. Men who sought Catharine out for the evening only had one thing on mind and that was certainly on Daniel’s mind as he lead her from the room and outside onto the patio of the large house.

Once outside in the cool air Catharine wrapped her arms about his neck and kissed him, before Daniel could quite get his grip on her she danced away from him and ran down the steps and into the gardens laughing.

Daniel sped after her catching her, toppling her and kissing her, hand travelling up and under her skirt to touch the silk of her undergarments before Catharine again fought him off and staggered to her feet, fleeing through the flowerbeds.

She stopped before the moon-lit pond and kicked of her shoes, Daniel gave her an open mouthed stair and Catharine gave him a flirtatious smile.

“The waters lovely” and with that she waded in, Daniel needed no further invite, he began to strip off his clothing and fallowed her in to the water, catching her about the waist and kissing her.

“Why the water?” he asked, Catharine stopped in the struggle to unlace her own dress and gave him a dirty look that accused him of being a half-wit.

“Everyone knows you cannot get with child if the water washes the seed away” she told him, explaining like you would a three year old child, Daniel gave a groan and tugged at the dress ripping it, creamy skin revealed to him in a rush and he kissed it tenderly, reverently.

Catharine giggled at his touch and together with pushing and pulling they removed the dress and throw it to the side onto the grass, then Daniel put one hand down into her undergarments and sought out her wetness pressing two fingers to her and rubbing, the other hand he put to her face and tilted it to kiss her lips, biting her lower lip.

Catharine arched against his touch and pressed herself to him.

“Ai! This is better than dancing” she sighed into his neck when he released her from his kiss; Daniel grinned and kissed her shoulder, such a beautiful harlot she was.
