True Thomas

In my experience

I have found

Hitting out in frustration only breaks your bones

I have figured out

That tearing at your hair makes you go bald

And digging in your nails is only good for scratches

But this pain I inflict upon my soul

Is only there because you are not

One day I will get you back

I will trap you in a castle

Made of everything good

You're my true Thomas

True Thomas, why is this all so sudden

Don't you love me anymore?

(Trapped in a castle that I have built I scream and tear at the soul I have killed, at the way that I have ripped out his mind, and painted the canvas of my fist with it)
