Does it mean nothing to you?

When soldiers go to war

and kill innocent people

just to die themselves,

does it mean nothing to you?

When lives are wrecked, marked forever,

just so you can have your wealth and power –

do you not care?

“14 millions wounded,

20 millions dead.”

Are these just numbers to you?

Don’t they make you care?

Does it mean nothing to you

that young men go to fight

other young men

because you make them believe it’s “right”?

How can you live

when so many have died?
