Just recently done a couple of months after "Broken Me" This poem now shows how I still feel about my friend.

No longer there (forgotten)

We used to sit together
Gazing up at the black night sky
Looking at the diamonds,
Twinkling in delight

We used to laugh together
Casting to world into dismay
But no longer are you there beside me
For now my world has become dead

We used to fall asleep together,
In the wild summer breeze
The long tall grass blanked us,
While we slept in this sun filled meadow

Now I sit and look up at the same night sky
But you are no longer here
But this feeling inside me tells me,
That you are staring up as well
Even though we are no longer friends
We sill can not break the bond we once shared
