Sometimes I wonder

If you know I exist

We're friends and all

Yet you wont even open your eyes

To see the person in front of you

Who loves you for you

You search for someone new

Someone you don't know

That could be your everything

While my everything is searching

Nether the less

I stay by your side

Helping, yet hoping

That you will open your eyes and

Come to the realization

That the one you've been longing for

Has been the one along side you

Through everything.
