The Truth

Mother, dear, please don’t yell

When the truth is revealed

About my worldly hell

For I so didn’t want your disappointment.

But it all comes down to this

I loved every fucking moment of it

It started as my first kiss

Then wound up to my last moment of my innocence.

Father, dear, please don’t shout

I know I’ve caused you shame

There was never any doubt

For I knew what this would bring.

But here’s the truth

I loved every waking moment of my passion

It won’t stop, it’s just my youth

For I love my freedom.
