I had to write a poem for my French class, and this is what came out. I figured I might as well put it up here since I've got nothing else to do with it. It sounds really stupid in English but I have it down at the bottom anyway. It rhymes in French, I swear. ^^; I've got a picture that goes along with this. Combattant le mal en le soir sombre
Pendant sa vie reste en l'ombre
C'est son sacrifice

Elle tue pour accomplir son devoir sacré
Cette femme, la Demoiselle de Bataille
C'est son sacrifice

Elle porte le poids du monde sur ses épaules
Mais à la fin du jour elle est toujours seule
C'est son sacrifice

Ses amis seront en danger
Ainsi elle reste isolée
C'est son sacrifice

Éprouvant jamais qu'elle combatte pour sauver
Elle ne vit pas pour l'amour mais pour le protéger
Sa vie est sacrifice

She carries the weight of the world on her shoulders
But at the end of the day she is always alone

Any friends would be in danger
So she remains isolated
It's her sacrifice

Never knowing what she fights to save
She lives not for love but to protect it
Her life is sacrifice
